* The design and implementation of various data tracking tools using applications such as Business Objects XI ( WEBI / DESKI / INFOVIEW), including working with developers on the creation of Business Objects Universes for migration from BO 6xxx to BO XI, MS ACCESS and MS EXCEL, made available for the use of internal and external clientele.
* Design of Daily, Weekly and Monthly Customer Analysis using Crystal Reports to highlight action items for Relationship Managers  in order to project  increases or decreases in revenue
* Creating and providing critical, hands-on training for the US/Europe, leading to the overall upgrade of knowledge for the financial community in general.
